The RDS is a Society of Members who have worked collectively since 1731 to make a unique and significant contribution to Ireland in the areas of agriculture, science, arts, equestrianism and industry. RDS Members take pride in conserving the ideals of their Foundation Programme and in contributing to decisions and activities which further the broad economic and cultural development of Ireland.
